Lomi Lomi - Hawaiian Deep Tissue Massage

Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art. The techniques incorporate rhythmic movements and long forearm strokes, moving the water through your body and working on a cellular level of the muscles, fascia and bones. The treatment soothes from light to deep to realign the body, improve circulation and induce overall well-being.
Kahi Loa - Hawaiian Energy Healing Bodywork

A Kahi Loa session is a gentle, traditional Hawaiian energy healing modality, sometimes called "Magic Hands," that utilizes the seven natural elements (fire, water, air, earth, plants, animals, and human) to promote relaxation and stimulate the body's natural ability to heal. Performed with light touch and guided visualizations of nature, the practice is based on Polynesian wisdom and philosophy, which views life as interconnected by energy and believes in accelerating healing through this holistic approach.
Body Tune Up & Passive Structural Alignment

In the Body Tune Up treatment we (you and I) will assist your system to improve mental clarity, reduce aches and pains, release mental/ emotional stress, increase your energy flow and enhance immune system functions.
The techniques I use are a combination of ancient knowledge of the Chinese Meridians and techniques derived from chiropractic, naturopathy, osteopathy and person-centered counseling. I use acupressure, a variety of touch reflexes, meridian tracing, nutricion adjustment and a variety of mind-body techniques for balancing the subtle energies while focussing on meaningful personal goals.
Passive Structural Alignment

In the Passive Structural Alignment treatment we will assist your system to improve postural balance and relief aches and pains from skeletal imbalances due to old injuries or past traumas. Herefor I use applied kinesiology and if needed the ‘press in place with breath technique’ and gently align the spine, neck, sacrum, hips, ribs, universal joints and bones in the cranium.

In honor of the ancient knowledge of the Hawaiian culture and the ancient kmnowledge of the Costa Rican Bri Bri and Cabecar culture, and with permission from teachers who passed on the knowledge of these practices, I work with these systems and medicines in deep reverence and gratitude.
We will work on the aspects of interpersonal relations, our own relation with ourselves and stresses that have accumulated from whatever has happened to us in life uptil now. Practicing the Hawaiian forgiveness ritual of Ho’oponopono and working with the heart opening medicine and Sacred Spirit of the Cacao, will support you to rebalance your nervous system and help you to let go of anger, frustration and grief. Even when stresses come back throughout life you will now know how to perceive them in a completely different light.
Custumized Yoga Practice

If you are starting on a path of Yoga practice or have been practicing for a while, a one-on-one session will support you to learn more about your own body, practice and needs. Every body is different and even one body can change multiple times a year or throughout different stages of a life-time. To take the time to strengthen yourself, work with past or current injuries, release traumas or find deep relaxation admits it all I can create a package between 2-10 private yoga classes custumized for your specific needs. Together we’ll discover what it is you truly need to work on and how to create the perfect balance to support your energetic and physical health.
One-on-One Online Sessions

If you are not in the position to come by to work in person with me, I can support you through an online session. In our 15 minute introduction call we will establish what your questions and intentions are and plan a time and date. I will draw from the above described Hawaiian techniques; Kahi Loa and Ho’oponopono, work with teachings of Yoga and integrate Cacao if she presents herself to be of service for what you are working on. From there it will become clear if it can be useful to plan a couple of sessions to allow the integration process to be supported by me while you’re taking action in the direction of your choice.

Together with my partner Eli I offer 200hr and 300HR Yoga Teacher Training Courses and retrets. Eli founded our online and hybrid Yoga School ‘Soul Ascension Healing Arts’ over a decade ago and has been offering dozens of trainings and retreats to hundreds of yoga students from around the world and also offers Energy Healing Certification, level 1, 2 and 3. Together we have been offering these courses since 2020.
All courses are available online directly through our course platforms aswell as live in Costa Rica. These courses are offered to and ment for seekers of any level, like: health & wellness practitioners, yoga teachers looking for reminders and new knowledge to infuse into their classes, or anyone wishing to deepen their spiritual practice explore and experience the teachings of Spirit, our ancestors and the mystical realms of yoga.
