Working in Circle
Gathering in circle has been done since the beginning of time. When we sit in circle we are all equal to each other, we can all see each other and listen more easily to what is shared amongst each other. Working in circle is a sacred way of gathering.
Cacao Ceremony
Cacao, cocoa, is a plant medicine that was used way back by the Mayans and Aztecs in rituals and ceremonies. It has a grounding, healing and heart opening effect on the physical, emotional and energy body. In recent years pure cacao in ceremonial ways has made it's come back and has been rediscovered by Western society. I believe it is these times that require this medicine for us to remember who we truly are and what we are here for.
Through ceremony we remember how to be present, how to live consciously, how to connect to gratitude for all that the Earth provides. Cacao opens us up to forgiveness, supports us to process grieve and shows us a window of possibilities. It's our own choice to go through the window and start to live more in line with our hearts purpose.
In my ceremonies I hold space for the process that participants go through. I use drumming, guided meditation and voice expression. I often work with musicians which guide and support with their medicine songs. I feel grateful to be on this path and inspired to offer Cacao where ever people feel attracted to it; at consciousness festivals, in private living room settings or in small-large businesses.
The Bowl of Light
The Bowl of Light is a Hawaiian technique. Through meditation we will explain how the technique is used. It is simple yet supports in deep work. Removing that what has been carried forward for a long time and hasn't been serving you or even blocking you in living your highest potential.
Ho’oponopono
The Ho’oponopono has been used in Hawaiian tradition amongst families. When a family member had a problem it was considered as a problem of the entire family. Working together with the Ho‘oponopono would heal everyone as we all are connected as one. Ho’oponopono means 'to make right, to make right’, using four small sentences: “I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you”.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient way of moving the body in and out of poses, connecting body and mind through breath. We use yoga in our workshops to move the body and get the energy flowing. Stored emotions and blockages can be opened up and released through mindfully moving and breathing. This supports the process of all the work described above.
Is this for you?
Most definitely yes! You found this page and you are reading this. There's a reason for that. But to give you some more ground to stand on we'll describe who benefits from our workshops the most. All people that: are open-minded, willing to face both their light and their shadow, interested in self-development, love Hawaii, are into nature, have a strong urge to discover more about Hawaii, haven't taken the time for themselves lately, take care more of others then themselves, are looking for their vibe-tribe, like to get to know hidden gems within themselves, are nervous to gather in circle, that already know how much they resonate with the Spirit of Aloha.
